Pub Lunch Group (Nutritional Research Group - the U3A is supposed to be educational after all! )

Barbara has been convenor of the 'nutritional research group' for several years now and has thoroughly enjoyed the experience - the waistline says it all! Her words, not mine.

We have had some very good venues and although some have been better than others, we have not had any serious disappointments.
This is put down to Barbara who thoroughly vets all the prospective venues - regardless of calories!
We are a happy 'bunch of lunchers' numbering from 15 to 25 who all seem to get on well together and have many interesting discussions
during the meals - mainly about food quality and nutritional value - of course.
